My aim is simple: that you leave the clinic understanding exactly what happened and what comes next — not just holding a prescription. Most of the anxiety pet owners carry comes from nobody having explained anything to them. So I go through the diagnosis, the options and the cost before doing anything, and I stay reachable afterwards if a question comes up.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes, every day of the week including Fridays and public holidays. If it's an emergency, call at any hour and we'll be here.

Do I need to book before coming?

Not required, but booking saves you waiting. Message on WhatsApp and I'll tell you the best time to come. Emergencies are seen without a booking.

Which animals do you treat?

Cats and dogs only. If you have another kind of pet, message me anyway — I can advise, or point you to someone who can help.

How much is a consultation?

The consultation fee is fixed and I'll tell you what it is on WhatsApp before you come. Anything beyond that, I'll quote and ask you first.

When do vaccinations start?

It depends on species and age. Send me your pet's age and I'll send back the right schedule.

Do you do home visits?

Yes, we do home visits. They're particularly useful when your pet can't travel, when you have several animals, or when the cat panics at the sight of a carrier. Send me your address and the situation on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a time.
